Because I was quite full from the last meal, dinner happened to be dim sum. I thought dim sum would be more suitable for eating in moderation, so I decided to give it a try. Since I didn't order any set meals, I just ordered a few dishes to sample.
Pork Bun with Flowing Lava Filling - The shape of the pig is really funny. To eat it properly, you need to poke its nostril first to let the steam out, so it doesn't burst when you take a bite. It tasted better than I expected. Although I don't really like sweets, this dish performed well.
Pan-fried Radish Cake - It was quite standard. I was expecting something more special, like a unique Hong Kong-style radish cake. A bit of a disappointment.
Dark Soy Sauce Chicken Rice - It tasted good, but I feel like next time I might want to try another dish, like the XO sauce steamed rice with cured meats.
Overall, this experience was pretty good. I will definitely come back to dine here next time.
