In dim sum, my favorite is the pork bun with molten lava filling, and I always order it when I have dim sum. The crispy shrimp rice rolls are also something I almost always order, but unfortunately, they weren't available that day.
The Hainanese chicken rice has tender chicken, and the slightly runny egg mixed with rice is very suitable. The radish cake is quite fragrant.
The tapioca pudding isn't really to my taste, but the yam balls in it are quite chewy.
Personally, I think dim sum is a great place to go when you don't want to eat too much, as you can choose according to your appetite at that moment.
