Generally speaking, it is a chain hot pot restaurant that is not cheap but the food is quite delicious. If you can’t think of what to eat, Lao Xianjue is a good choice!
The order form is:
What I tried this time was the Japanese sesame hot pot base. The soup tasted very simple, with a hint of sesame and salty aroma, and it had a little more flavor than the standard kombu hot pot.
As for meat, I ordered a large portion of pork plum blossoms and a standard portion of chicken thighs. The meat is not freshly sliced, but frozen, but the flavor is actually quite good, not too bad, and the meat is not too thin, so overall it is good.
The beverage area has sugar-free black tea and winter melon tea, with sugar and sugar-free options. There is also a soda machine. Personally, I don’t think the drinks have any special features. The ice cream area does not use too high-end affordable barrel brands.
Overall, it is a hot pot restaurant that is within expectations and not too bad. For just a few dozen dollars more, you can have hot pot that is even more delicious than X Mom’s Hot Pot Restaurant!
