Basically, it's an a la carte menu, with options to add a side dish for an extra charge: creamy soup, bread, and drinks under 90 yuan can be supplemented with a price difference. This time, I ordered:

The first appetizer was pan-seared Matsusaka pork, which could be considered Matsusaka pork with salad? It was paired with lettuce and a small amount of wasabi and sauce, giving an appetizing feel.

For the main courses, there was a New Zealand ribeye steak (10oz) and American boneless short rib (8oz). They provided rose salt and garlic slices for pairing. The staff recommended medium-rare, but I felt the ribeye was a bit more cooked than I imagined, and it was more textured than the short rib, which I preferred for being softer and more tender.

Next was the creamy tomato scallop with smoked salmon penne pasta. The sauce was rich, and the pasta was cooked well. We also ordered a special dish that wasn't on the menu, a pesto squid risotto. Pesto isn’t really my favorite, but the squid seemed fresh.

For dessert, I was eagerly looking forward to my favorite tiramisu, but I found it a bit sour. After inquiring with the staff to confirm, we found out it wasn't stored properly. Later, they brought out a new plate and even added a complimentary chocolate tart. The tiramisu that came later was quite delicious, with a subtle alcohol flavor.

The staff were very polite, introducing the menu before we ordered and suggesting the quantity of dishes to order. It was the first time I experienced an Italian restaurant that frequently changed plates, approximately 2-3 times? There were always clean plates available, which helped ensure that the flavors of the food didn’t affect each other, and they frequently came to refill water as well. There were five of us dining, and since the number of guests wasn’t too high that day, they brought another table and chairs for us to create a bit more space, which was very thoughtful.

The dining area was comfortable and not crowded, though the restroom was a bit small and outdoors. There’s a parking lot next to the restaurant, making it convenient to park. Aside from the minor incident with the dessert, overall, the dining experience was quite pleasant.
