Back to the food itself, the first place tonight goes to the tofu skin, which is baked to a sweet and crispy texture, with a little bit of the tenderness of the tofu skin still inside; the apple pork belly is a small highlight, with a little fruit to balance out the greasiness. But overall the taste is too strong...the sauce seems to be too much, and the dry noodles are a bit too salty. I need some wine to quench my thirst.
The meal time is 100 minutes, the clerk will remind you when the time is up. The food was served quickly and the atmosphere was pretty good (the song list included Jay Chou's FIR Chinese hits).
