A Korean-Italian restaurant that combines an industrial creative style, KATZ in Kaohsiung Cultural Center, has two branches in Kaohsiung. This time, we visited the one at the Cultural Center. The exterior decor is exactly my style, and the seating area is very spacious, filled with industrial-style furnishings that create a comfortable atmosphere.
We ordered a couple's set meal for two people 💰1294:
Cheese steamed egg: Full of cheese paired with fluffy steamed eggs, it has a rich aroma.
Crispy fried anchovies: Dipped in the yogurt sauce provided by the restaurant, it's sweet and tangy, very appetizing.
Truffle sauce fried chicken (2 pieces): Light truffle flavor combined with crispy fried chicken, it also has a garlicky taste. Eating it with the crispy chips and chicken provides a delightful texture contrast.
Busan chip sausage: The thin-crust pizza served with chips is quite unique.
Kimchi garlic pork belly noodles: I love the seasoning of this dish. The sweet-sour sauce pairs superbly with the pasta. Even though it's kimchi, it's not very spicy, making it great for friends who don’t eat spicy food.
Korean watermelon soda
Korean yuzu sparkling water
In summary, I highly recommend this restaurant. The entire set meal was super filling and satisfying. They even kindly allowed us to take the leftover pizza home.
