The Korean specialty restaurant 🇰🇷 is very different from the common Korean restaurants ❗️ and the owner is Korean ~ the meals are all based on local flavors, including kiln-baked pizza 😊

Although the fried chicken is chicken breast, it is very juicy ~ not spicy at all💯The truffle taste is on the light side, the sweet and spicy Korean red sauce is paired with crispy skin🤤The cheese steamed egg is soft and tender in the middle, the lava filling and the custard flavor, I like it Don’t miss the egg dishes👏👏

The spicy sauce squid and scallop noodles use wide noodles, the ingredients are very generous, and there are also garnishes of zucchini and cherry tomatoes❤️The slightly spicy taste is particularly appetizing👍🏻The crispy crust of the thin-crust pizza is paired with kimchi cheese pig, and it is delicious to eat hot I know how to pull strings, and the kimchi tastes authentic Korean😁

台灣有許多異國料理,對於那些沒時間出國或因其他原因無法品嘗國外道地滋味的人,異國料理是解饞的好選擇。但你有想過混血料理嗎?在高雄有一家店的老闆是道地的韓國人,他創新地融合了韓式與義式料理,讓原本常見的菜色變得更加獨特…🤔 ✅蒜香奶油鹹醬炸雞:炸雞充滿了鹹香滋味,雞肉先炸再裹上醬汁,外皮並沒有想像中軟掉,反而保留了酥脆度,吃起來甜香酥脆。另外下方還有炸馬鈴薯切片,吃起來非常有口感,就算是冷了一樣非常酥脆、好吃。 ✅漢堡肉排飯:漢堡肉以牛肉和起司製成,吸睛的外觀也是IG上的熱門打卡美食。搭配紅酒醬汁、芝麻葉、小番茄和半熟蛋,味道層次豐富。醬汁溫和微酸,和芝麻葉的搭配相當巧妙。切開多汁的漢堡排,內裡藏著濃郁的牽絲起司,每一口都能感受到風味與口感的完美堆疊。這道菜是吃曼的最愛,也是最推薦的一道。 ✅韓國辣醬魷魚干貝義大利麵:這道料理以韓式辣醬拌炒魷魚、干貝、櫛瓜、番茄和洋蔥,完美融合了韓式香料的辛香與海鮮的鮮甜。麵體保留了一些口感,讓整體口感與風味層次更加突出。 ✅水蜜桃冰茶:充滿了水蜜桃的清香,也不會過甜,非常順口。 ✅香柚蘋果氣泡水:用柚子蘋果醬搭配氣泡水調製而成,氣泡在舌尖上跳動,帶來一股清涼的感覺。 ✅韓國起司蒸蛋:店內人氣必點招牌。入口是厚實綿密的蛋香,再加上味道濃郁的起司,讓人享受雙重香氣與口感。而上方還有點綴些許魚卵,讓色澤上更為鮮豔。 ✅經典菠菜培根半熟蛋:店家手工窯烤,Q彈有嚼勁的餅皮,搭配著軟嫩菠菜、鹹香培根與靈魂的半熟蛋,讓整個滋味充滿層次。就算是放冷了,披薩一樣美味。 ————————————— 這家料理不論是韓式或是義式料理都非常美味,也都能感受到店家對味道的追求和用心。其中最推薦的是「漢堡肉排飯」,味道層次非常豐富,裏頭使用米克斯醋讓味道更加清爽。而用餐環境也非常棒,桌子與桌子之間都有一段距離,因此空間是蠻舒適的。此外,這家店不收取服務費唷!因此需要自行倒水、拿餐具。 *公休日於官網公告為主 *加入會員累積點數:滿500元可折抵5元;1000點折10元(可累積)(限高雄店)

一間結合工業風創意風格的韓式X義式餐廳 KATZ卡司·高雄文化中心,高雄有兩間間分店,這次吃的是高雄文化中心,外觀裝潢一看就是我喜歡的樣子,座位空間也很寬敞,充滿工業風的擺設整個氛圍很舒服。 這次點雙人份套餐,2人分享餐 💰1294 -起司蒸蛋 滿滿的起司配上蓬鬆的蒸蛋,香氣十足。 -酥炸丁香魚 沾上店家附的優格醬酸甜酸甜很涮嘴。 -松露醬炸雞(2塊)淡淡的松露味配上酥脆的炸雞,吃起來也有蒜味,撲滿脆脆薯片與雞肉一起吃,雙重口感。 -釜山薯片肉腸 現做薄皮pizza搭上薯片很特別。 -泡菜奶蒜豬五花麵 喜歡這道的調味,酸甜酸甜醬汁與義大利麵超級搭,雖然是泡菜但不會很辣,很適合不吃辣的朋友。 -韓國西瓜蘇打 -韓國柚子氣泡水 總結這間餐廳蠻推薦的,整個套餐吃起來超飽超滿足,最後披薩吃不完店家還貼心地讓我們外帶。

We have dined in numerous Korean restaurants in many countries, this one serves food not up to foodies’ expectations on a national level — we’d try to avoid revisiting until new chefs are hired — meanwhile, the atmosphere with cute murals surrounding customers are lovely though; nonetheless, generally speaking, food is not yet up to standards. Those festive decorations and Christmas trees let them earn those two (2) stars.

This place is generally crowded and needs a reservation, and I can see why. The star attraction is the whole chicken hot pot, and it's really great. The chicken is tender and juicy, our toddler kept asking for more. While waiting for it to cook, they also had small side dishes to whet our appetites and the picked radish was especially popular. The basket of clams we got was also pretty fresh and really adds to the broth. We took the broth home and cooked it further in noodles as well, nothing went to waste! Great place to visit, I highly recommend it.

ZAN 🍥 CHEE 🇰🇷 Korean Restaurant has been being with over 50 Korean side dishes (ban chan) for customers — these ample varieties do broaden dining experience and foreigners’ knowledge about Korean gastronomic culture. There are currently five (5) branches, and this one in Olympian City is the only one on Kowloon side in Hong Kong. Personally speaking, the foods both surpassed the standards and urbanely reached our expectations.
