We managed to book for Christmas Eve thanks to a friend's help, and it feels very ceremonial and impressive, even though the prices are quite luxurious.

Overall, the service is exceptional. I feel like this restaurant is all about the service. For a buffet, I think having such great service is fantastic. While waiting in line for oysters and scallops, the chefs introduced what they were serving and even chatted and joked with us. They were so cute! 😍 When I asked questions to the sushi chefs, they were very serious in their responses. Even the staff collecting the plates provided a lot of emotional value, which I find pretty amazing.

The part I loved the most about the dishes was the seared sushi. The seafood options paired with the searing became incredibly tender and delicious, with an added aroma that was simply wonderful.

As for drinks, I found the cocktails to be quite ordinary and not particularly to my taste, but the teas were outstanding! Whether it was the child-friendly oolong pearl milk tea or the adults’ unsweetened hot tea, both were extremely delicious and left a deep impression on me—I couldn't stop drinking them!

Regarding seafood, everything was basically very fresh, and the seasoning was great. At first, there was a bit of a line since everyone had similar goals, but after that, getting items was almost instantaneous with no waiting at all.

For the creamy soups, there were two options available: regular corn chowder and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. I looked up reviews online and it was said that the regular one was better 😋. I chose the regular, while my friend got the other kind, and I felt that the flavor of that one didn't quite match the pastry's texture.

Overall, I really feel that this experience is about more than just the ingredients themselves; there's a wide variety of choices, and the quality of the food is quite good. I believe it's a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend everyone who hasn't tried it to come and see for themselves!
