After finishing our cocktails and wandering the streets late at night, my friend suddenly mentioned this place that serves cold noodles, so we decided to go. I've always been curious why so many people in Taipei go for cold noodles after drinking, but yesterday it felt like I finally understood.
A bowl of hot meatball egg drop soup brought a lot of warmth in this kind of weather, and it also helped speed up the sobering process.
Although I was a bit full and didn’t order their most famous cold noodles, my friend recommended their amazing side dish—pig liver.
I personally think the pig liver is fresh and tender, not too soft or grainy, and the seasoning is really interesting.
As for the egg drop soup, the meatballs are truly delicious, and they were quite generous with the amount of egg. Honestly, the overall price is not expensive at all; it’s a rare find on the streets of Taipei.
Therefore, I highly recommend that everyone come here for a late-night snack after a few drinks. Just be mindful that it's a residential area, so keep the noise down to avoid disturbing the other residents. I really recommend this place, and I’ll definitely come back whenever I have the chance.
