An old store that has been around since 1937.
It was originally located near Zhengzheng Street Baozi, but was later moved due to rent.
Tongzi rice cakes are mainly made of lean meat, so gourmets who like a rich and oily texture may find the taste a bit bland.
For soup, I ordered Xiaodu Soup and Sishen Soup.
The belly in Xiaodu Soup is actually a pig’s bladder.
It has a crispy texture and is of course very clean with no odor.
Generally, the soup base of Sishen Soup Restaurant will have cooking wine. Although this restaurant does not have it, it is still delicious. You can taste the sweetness of traditional Chinese medicine that has been cooked for a long time. It is a simple and unpretentious meal.
Rice cake is 35, Xiaodu soup and Sishen soup are also 35.
The price is quite affordable and highly recommended.
