Located inside the D Block food area of Beitou Zhongji Market, at stalls 449 and 450. The environment can be a bit crowded because the business is very good.
First, queue up to order. There are many people and fewer seats, but the staff is quick in serving. If you come too late, a lot of items may be sold out. I really like the dry noodles with the traditional seasoning. There are also options for mixed vegetables and sliced meats, making it very suitable for solo diners or customers who want variety – highly recommended.
The mixed vegetables include a good portion of Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts. The mixed sliced items this time include fresh sausage, pork cheek, liver, and pork leg skin. Everything is fresh, delicious, and has just the right amount of saltiness. Paired with a small bowl of traditional dry noodles, it’s perfect for one person and very satisfying.
