I heard it is a branch restaurant of Chicken Soup Uncle - Chicken Soup Ramen (it has several branches in Taipei)
This restaurant is next to the Arena. Come for lunch around 13:00. There are still a lot of office workers. You need to get a number plate to take a seat.
There are mainly five types of ramen. For the first time, I chose the most basic one: Tokyo Chicken White Soup Ramen.
QR code ordering can be customized. I chose hard noodles and normal soup.
The soft-boiled eggs cost an extra 29 yuan, so give it up. Decided to try the signature-looking comprehensive skewers for NT$49 (one skewer each of chicken gizzards/chicken balls)
Generally speaking, the soup is quite delicious, it is a rich and fragrant chicken soup, but when paired with noodles, it is best called noodle soup, which is not ramen.
I don't know what's wrong? Then, the chicken gizzards and meatballs in the soup are quite special. These two things appear in both the soup and the a la carte skewers, but they are not a special plus for me~
The sauce of the skewers is a bit salty, and I personally would not repurchase it. If there is a chance next time, I think I will order the chicken legs alone or add a soft-boiled egg~
There is ice cream to eat after the meal, which is quite refreshing! Like!
I won’t pay a special return visit unless my colleagues pick me up again at noon~
