I counted them for you, and there were 28 clams in the bowl this time. More than half of them were plump and full of umami, and I felt very satisfied with them.

Because the portion of the rice noodle soup was mainly occupied by clams, I ordered the side dish of pork belly to fill the gap between my teeth. The portion of meat on the side of your mouth is slightly less than expected for the price, and the seasoning is a little less heavy, so the performance is relatively average; however, the meat itself is still delicious, and you can consider adding some if you need side dishes.

Generally speaking, Hu Tao is not an excellent snack bar, but it is a restaurant that is suitable for toothpaste.
