🌟It is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
Environment:
Many people consider this the best izakaya in Tainan. The interior is designed with wooden tables and chairs, creating a Japanese-style space. There is both a first and second floor; it's not particularly spacious but also not crowded.
Menu:
Sashimi, sushi, cold dishes, hand rolls, vegetables, main courses, soups, skewers, and fried items.
Mentaiko Cream Udon 💰180:
As someone who loves udon, I really enjoyed this. The rich and savory mentaiko mixed with a raw egg makes the texture even more intense.
Signature Rice Ball 💰80:
Mentaiko grilled rice ball topped with a raw egg. The exterior is crunchy, resembling crispy rice, while the inside is soft white rice. Highly recommended!
Handmade Chicken Meatball Skewers 💰80:
I would suggest ordering these one portion at a time, as it feels like the restaurant offers an egg with just two skewers.
Salt and Pepper Garlic Skewers 💰30:
Mountain Gourd 💰80:
Mentaiko Yam 💰100:
Karaage Chicken Small Ribs 💰180:
Draft Beer 💰130 (500ml)
Thoughts:
I was surprised to find so many mentaiko and egg dishes! It’s a great place to have a drink and some food after work while chatting. I really recommend Miosang; just note that it gets quite crowded during meal times, so it's best to make a reservation in advance.
