My impression is that they are salmon, tuna, swordfish, kangaroo and scallops (not sure if I remembered it correctly or identified it incorrectly). The sashimi is processed very cleanly, and the thick cut method makes the taste better. Each slice is thick and large. , the mustard is also very good (seeing the yellowish color makes me happy🤣)!

The sesame tofu that I haven’t photographed is also super delicious. It has the texture of soft egg tofu and refreshing sesame flavoring! Everything here is delicious😻

I remember that this Japanese-style shop has not been open for a long time. There is only one chef in the shop but the food is not very slow (very strong). The food is really good and the environment is very comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!
