⏰ Waiting Time:
Arrived around 10 PM, and people were gradually dining, finishing their meals, or preparing to order/taking out. It took about 5 minutes from placing the order to receiving the food, which is quite fast!
💰 Meal Prices:
Pork Liver $60
Angelica Duck Noodles $90
👀 Consumption Observations:
The pork liver was served beautifully pink, and it truly lived up to its reputation! Dipped in the soy sauce provided by the restaurant and paired with shredded ginger, it was soft with a hint of sweetness, bringing an overwhelming sense of happiness.😍
The angelica duck noodles were pretty ordinary, with only about 5 pieces of meat that were quite solid; cooking them further might make them a bit tough. 🤣 The broth, which I expected to have a sweet aftertaste in the throat, was completely lacking! Am I disappointed? I think it’s okay, but I would want to try small dishes again next time (only the small dishes; I truly feel this is a pork liver place overshadowed by the angelica duck). ⚡️
🌟 Overall Rating:
Average, moderate cost-performance ratio.
In the future, if I can’t think of what to eat, I would still consider coming back, but I would probably order cheap dry noodles with small dishes. After all, a bowl of soup costs $90… If the texture is just okay, I feel like I should save! ^_^
Oh! If you like spicy food, don’t forget to add the soy sauce with chili; it’s not bad, especially paired with the small dishes.
