Today I took out the signature pork ribs crispy noodles and the signature braised cabbage, totaling 125 yuan.

The store's noodle is an ordinary butter noodle type, and the soup looks quite dark at first glance, but it tastes mellow and delicious.
The freshly fried pork ribs are carefully selected from pork breast meat, most of which are cartilage or thick bones that can be easily picked out.
After soaking in the delicious soup, the dough of the pork ribs cake will be slightly soft, but you will still feel a little crispy in your mouth. This is what a high-quality pork rib cake should be like.

The signature braised cabbage is worthy of being the signature. Although the cabbage looks quite thick, it is extremely soft and tender. The chewy fiber of the thick cabbage stems is completely lost during the braised process, making it very smooth to eat.
In my impression, the braised cabbage also has some flavor-enhancing little things such as dried shrimps and dried shrimps, but because the braised cabbage is so delicious, I forgot to take a close-up photo, and I couldn't remember for a while whether there were any of these little details to enhance the flavor.

The small pot outside the store is simmering with their signature braised vegetables, especially the tofu, which looks very delicious and makes you want to try it next time.
