A well-known chain gyudon restaurant, a good choice for solo dining. Unfortunately, I found today's meal to be a bit saltier than usual.

Additionally, I always pair it with the vegetable set. I love the garlicky flavor of the water spinach! However, today the vegetable dish was a bit salty, which was disappointing!
The miso soup that comes with it is rather ordinary and also tastes a bit salty.
▶️ Environment
🔹 The dining area is quite spacious, with 10 individual counter seats, 4-5 two-person tables, and 4 four-person tables.
🔹 Upon entering, you are served barley tea.
🔹 Utensils are self-service (at the front of the table).
▶️ Helpful Reminders
🔹 To place an order, press the service bell at the table.
🔹 Remember to take the receipt from the cylinder when settling the bill.
🔹 Credit cards and payment apps are accepted.
▶️ Overall Evaluation
🔹 The meal quality at Sukiya is generally consistent, with occasional new items being introduced. However, after trying many dishes, the Scallion Warm Egg Gyudon is still my favorite. Sadly, today's serving was a bit salty, and I ended up drinking a lot of water at home, or my kidneys would have complained! 🤣
