This little shop on Yongji Road, Alley 30, has great business. It only offers takeout and often sells out, closing early.
The amazing part is that the pastry is crispy yet very elastic, and the seasoning is excellent.
The must-try is the cat egg pancake, which has a very refreshing flavor. However, the signature dish should be the roasted duck egg pancake, seasoned with sweet flour sauce, which tastes very much like something from a restaurant.
The portions aren't large but the prices are reasonable, so you can order two different flavors at once to enjoy.
