It is said that this fried rice restaurant was opened by a master chef from Din Tai Fung. There is not much seating inside, and it's difficult to find a spot during lunchtime, so you will likely have to wait a bit.

The portion of the fried rice is quite large, and the refreshing flavor allows you to taste the original essence of the eggs and green onions. The rice is fried so that each grain is distinct, but by the end, it becomes quite dry, which is a bit of a pity. The pork ribs are delicious! They are crispy, juicy, and a bit thick with a nice chew to them, which is quite good.

Considering the portion and flavor, it’s a place I would visit again.
