They say the beef soup at the alley near my home in Tainan is the best
I’m not sure if the small squid rice noodles are divided into Qiu family and Ye family styles
I’ve eaten both and think they’re about the same XD
Just go to whichever is on the way
If you go on a weekday afternoon, there’s no need to line up
Order and pay first, then take a seat
There are about 40 seats, though it can be a bit crowded
For a snack shop, it’s relatively clean 👍
The small squid rice noodles and small squid soup are both 110 NT dollars
There aren’t many extra seasonings
The main flavor comes from the freshness of the squid itself
It has a little bit of celery added
There’s pepper on the table

The rice noodles are thick
The amount of squid is quite generous
The soup is refreshing
You can finish it without feeling greasy
So delicious that I accidentally reached the bottom!
