"One Day Handmade" originally started in Chenggong Township and is loved by locals and travelers for its charming and exquisite offerings. Walking into the shop, the wooden window frames and white walls exude a natural warmth. The space is small but comfortable, with the aroma of freshly baked bread and the rich scent of coffee filling the air.
I ordered the signature sea salt croissant. The outer layer of the sea salt croissant is crispy, and as I break it apart, the buttery fragrance wafts out. The balance of saltiness and sweetness is just right, and the bread's texture is clear but not dry, making for a delightful experience. The shop also offers items like milky hand-pulled toast, chocolate sea salt croissants, and scallion bread.
Whether you want to take some home for breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee and a unique croissant in the afternoon, you can truly appreciate their craftsmanship. In my opinion, the quality of the bread can rank among the top three in Taitung City. Although the prices are slightly higher, I believe it is absolutely worth it.
