Stumbling upon a small stall on the street,
it's not exactly cheap, but the snacks seem decent.

Originally, I just passed by to take a look, but before I knew it, my mouth was watering.
The stall didn't really have a strong aroma; after all, dough-based products don't always have a distinctly noticeable smell.

However, the owners were very enthusiastic, greeting anyone who walked by, perhaps because it’s the festive season and they're particularly keen on making sales.

We ordered a portion to snack on, and the owner didn’t push any other products or insist we buy more; it was straightforward to settle the bill and they started making the pancake right away. Nearby, there were other customers who ordered the rolled pancake with hot and sour soup, which also looked quite good. More people were stopping by to buy pancakes as well.
The stall is small, but it seems to be doing steady business, with some regular customers coming by.

The pancake is fried to a crisp without being greasy.
The scallions and flour feel balanced,
definitely more scallions than the typical frozen scallion pancakes,
but it doesn’t feel overwhelmingly packed with scallions.

Sprinkling a little pepper on the scallion pancake, as someone who loves pepper, I found it delightful. 👍
I would consider coming back next time I pass by. 👌

#OpenDuringTheNewYear
Open from the first to the fifth day of the new year, closed on Mondays.
Business hours: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

There are quite a few green onions, but there is also plenty of flour. Therefore, it doesn’t feel like there are more green onions; there’s still some taste of the flour when you chew. Eat it while it's hot – it's crispy and not too dry.
$50 per portion, the boss cuts it in half.
The façade part is where the arcade is used for setting up stalls for business.
Side view, not many items, but there are no similar types of food nearby, so if you want to eat, you would probably still come here.
The bosses are very enthusiastic, the greetings are vibrant, and they all have smiles on their faces.
There are a few simple plastic tables and chairs, and behind them, there seems to be an employee in charge of rolling dough. I don't mind that it's semi-outdoor for dining. 👌
The sign is very big and easy to recognize.👌
