You can find special cuts that are hard to come by elsewhere (they even have the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stomachs of the cow—super cool! You can try unexpected parts like the larynx, uterus, birth canal, and temples).
The prices for individual items are on the higher side, but that's the motivation for the business > < ♡
I normally don’t even dare to drink the soup from the offal, but here I am eating organs with such enthusiasm... You can tell how well they handle the ingredients!
My personal recommendation: the thick-cut beef tongue is incredibly tender, and the raw beef is not only tender but also has a wonderful aroma from sesame oil and seasoning.
If it's your first time, you can try the offal combination, and then finish perfectly with some French toast 🍴

· The offal combination changes daily; my plate had bladder, liver, pork intestines, etc. After being grilled, they are very crunchy.
Overall, the flavor is on the heavier side, especially with a pronounced salty taste, and you won't sense any fishiness at all.
