The restaurant offers a variety of Japanese home-style dishes with diverse flavors. The sashimi is fresh and delicious, while the braised intestines and fried tofu are particularly popular, although most dishes tend to be on the sweet side. The omelet and fried chicken stand out, showcasing the chef's skillful hands.
The restaurant has a warm atmosphere; although it has a sense of age, it does not appear outdated. The interior and exterior are clean and have charm, making one feel relaxed.
The staff may not be young, but their attitude is friendly and efficient. They can clearly answer customers' questions, making people feel right at home.
It's an old Japanese home-style restaurant. The store has a very atmospheric atmosphere. Although it has a sense of age, it's not shabby. The tables and chairs are all clean and tidy. The service staff inside and outside the field are no longer young, but they are all logical and quick. The menu is all in Japanese and I can’t understand it at all, but you can just ask the grandma in the store.
Braised large intestine: The large intestine is very thoroughly braised. It has the unique fishy smell of large intestine but not smelly. The taste is sweet, and the braised radish is also a bit too sweet.
Tamagoyaki: Grandma will ask if she wants original flavor or sweet flavor. We choose original flavor, which is very delicious. The egg-tender soup stock is very fragrant.
Sashimi: It was quite late that day, and grandma said there was leftover stickleback (?). I paid for a lemon slice and the three pieces on top (I don’t know what they are except mustard) and said that I would add the whole slice to the soy sauce and eat it. The fish can be very crispy and fresh. It is delicious when eaten alone, or when eaten with green onions. When eaten with dipping sauce, the soy sauce is salty, coupled with non-choking mustard and a strong aroma. It is very special and even has a stallion. The aroma, a bit like aboriginal cuisine? ?
Steak: I don’t eat beef, but it was delicious. Friends who traveled with me said that the first slice was very tender and became a bit sticky after cooling.
Fried chicken: This is the delicious fried chicken from the izakaya, and you won’t be disappointed.
Fried tofu: super delicious! The dough is delicious, the tofu is slightly warm and tasty, and the soup is super fragrant!
Steamed fish: The fish meat is very tender, but really too sweet⋯
Stir-fried wild vegetables: Stir-fried cabbage with leeks, onions, and carrots, a very special combination, but the spicy cabbage with a little more onions is an unexpected combination!
Stir-fried Oolong: I didn’t take a photo, but the stir-fried noodles are delicious and chewy, but still very sweet...
