As a noodle maker, the number one noodle shop in my mind is this "Legendary Noodle Shop"!

I just ate at a popular restaurant yesterday. As I was writing this review, I suddenly missed my favorite. I immediately came to eat it the next day.

If you enter the store before about 2:30 or 3:00 on weekdays, you don’t have to queue. After 3:00, there will be more customers and you will need to queue up if you want to go inside.

I don’t eat large intestines and oysters, so I always order diced pork noodles and noodles. I was particularly hungry today, so I ordered a big bowl!

Their noodles are really delicious. The bonito soup base is delicious, and the noodles are very thin, which I like very much. The portion of diced pork is huge, and I feel like there are ingredients from the first to the last bite. There is an illusion that I can’t finish the diced meat.

I make my own seasonings. I personally like to add a tablespoon and a half of vinegar, and minced garlic if possible, but my partner doesn't like the smell of garlic, so I can restrain myself and add half a spoonful and two or three drops of chili pepper.

Every bite is delicious, you will really miss it after eating it🥲
Although the price is on the high side in the noodle industry, their ingredients are abundant and the price is reasonable.
So far in Shuangbei, I have not eaten noodles that are more delicious than this one. If you have any, you are welcome to recommend them 😂
(Xu Ji in Sanchong Taipei Bridge is also my favorite store, but their chili is relatively ordinary, extremely spicy and has no layers)
