📍Shilin District, Taipei City (Tianmu Roundabout)
A store specializing in healthy soybean products, offering buns and desserts 🍦🥟
In recent years, several stores specializing in soybean products have appeared. The designs of these shops are clean and minimalistic, and they make their own soy milk and related soybean items on-site.
Dou Puzi is the store I visit most frequently among this type of shop. The quality of both buns and dessert tofu is quite stable, and the prices for most items are reasonable.
The store has an eating area where you can enjoy tofu!
🍥 Soy Milk Steamed Buns (3 pieces, no sugar) ($55):
I've repurchased this many times!
The soy milk steamed buns come in versions with sugar and no sugar. Personally, I feel that the no-sugar version has a pure and wonderful soybean aroma!
The buns themselves are very solid, and with one bite, the soybean flavor is quite rich, giving a feeling of quality ingredients.
I found out that if you buy two bags at once, there's a 10% discount (I visited around 7 PM, so I'm not sure if this discount is time-related).
🍄
Would I return? Yes!
Whenever I pass by, I feel like picking up buns from this shop 🫶🏻
