📍Tianmu Baseball Stadium, Taipei City
The shop isn't large, but you can easily see the products in the bakery display as you walk by. They have also posted the packaging of the ingredients used, showing that the owner has a certain commitment to the quality of the products. All the ingredients used are imported, but the prices for the bread are also not cheap. I've heard that the masters behind this place come from a prestigious background in making croissants, so I specifically came to check it out.
Meal 🥘
Overall, this is a bakery that feels more like a workshop. You can tell that the owner puts a lot of effort into it, and I would definitely consider trying other items if I get the chance.
📍 Shilin District, Taipei City (around Tianmu Baseball Field)
This bakery in a small alley puts a lot of thought into their ingredients 🥐🥖
The bakery is not large in size but is quite clean and tidy. The interior decoration is simple, featuring some imported flour bags and butter packaging, which gives the impression of quality ingredients.
The main offerings are Western-style breads, with croissants being their signature item. They also have desserts, and since the Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, I noticed they are selling pineapple cakes too!

Items Ordered:
🌽 Butter Corn ($50):
This bread has a texture that's entirely unexpected.
The chef said they use whole corn kernels mixed into the dough. The crust has a texture similar to a soft baguette and includes cheese. When you bite into the bread, the holes inside are quite large, and the flavor of the spices is abundant. The aroma of pepper is very noticeable, and the corn kernels add even more texture, resulting in a unique and delicious flavor 🤤
🍈 Pineapple Bun ($40):
This one is slightly more ordinary compared to the previous item.
Its exterior is darker than the typical pineapple bun, but it doesn’t taste that special. The crust is not very flaky and just feels like an ordinary Taiwanese pineapple bun.
(But perhaps it’s just not to my taste 😂 I once saw a grandmother buy a ton of pineapple buns in one go.)
🍄
Would I visit again: Yes!
I’ll come back to see if they have any unusual bread flavors nearby!
I would also repurchase the butter corn bread.
