Wulong is one of my favorite original tea-type shops. Founded in 2011 in Kaohsiung, it has a history of over ten years. Although it has only started to open many stores in Taipei in recent years, good tea is always worth promoting.
Today, I'm enjoying the Zhuaxian Jin Xuan Hong, priced at 35 TWD.
Zhuaxian Jin Xuan Hong:
Taiwan Tea No. 12, also known as Jin Xuan, is one of Wulong's main tea products. Depending on the processing method, it can be made into Oolong tea, Baozhong tea, and other types. After being nurtured by the small green leafhopper and undergoing full fermentation, it becomes the protagonist of today, Jin Xuan Hong. This tea features a captivating honey aroma and berry notes, along with a healthy sweetness that can be enjoyed even without sugar.
However, I still prefer to add some sugar; three parts is my usual preference.
Overall, it is a chain business with consistently high-quality tea products. The Neihu Gangqian shop is located in the lively night market of Lane 737 on Section 1, Neihu Road. Although the crowd is not as large as at the beginning of the night market, customers continue to come in and out, showcasing the excellent reputation of the drinks and the business.
I recommend it to everyone!
