I ordered the Sogoro’s Omakase 9000 yen course 🍣✨

White fish milt✨
The milt was at the bottom, covered with cauliflower sauce,
topped with grilled rapeseed flowers, yuzu peel, and purple carrots, which we mixed together and ate✨
The milt was rich and creamy, super delicious✨
The ponzu sauce was sweeter and tasty, and the cauliflower sauce was creamy.
The rapeseed flowers were fragrant,
and the purple carrots were tender🥕
The yuzu flavor was great🍊,
and the sesame flavor blended well, making it even more delicious✨

Kombu-cured Spanish mackerel🐟
It was grilled on the skin🔥
Served with tempura of shrimp potato,
I ate it with burdock miso mixed with burdock and red miso✨
The mackerel was soft with fluffy flesh, and the skin was fragrant, pairing well with the sharp taste of the burdock miso🐟
The fluffy texture of the shrimp potato was delicious, complementing the burdock miso perfectly✨

Chawanmushi (savory egg custard)🥚
It was topped with grated turnip and green onion sauce, and crab and wasabi were added, advising to mix wasabi with crab🦀
The chawanmushi was jiggly and delicious🥚,
and the sauce had the sweetness of turnip and crunchiness of green onion, making it delicious.
The crab was sweet and paired well with the wasabi, which made it tasty🦀

Squid (Aori Ika)🦑
It was finely scored, making it beautiful.
Sprinkled with coarse salt and sudachi,
it was very sweet and melted in my mouth, delicious🦑

Flounder🐟
It was brushed with soy sauce.
The flesh was cut thick but softened and was rich and delicious🐟

Tuna🐟
This was also brushed with soy sauce.
The flesh was rich and satisfying, delicious🐟

Yellowtail🐟

Fluffy, very tender, sweet, and the flavor of wasabi was great, very delicious🐟

Red miso soup
It was red miso with sea lettuce.
The flavor of the dashi was good, and the sea lettuce had a nice crunch and was delicious✨

To be able to eat this quality for under 10,000 yen feels like a great deal🉐

The restaurant cleverly mixes classic sushi with playful touches like the cauliflower sauce and burdock miso in its dishes✨

It's a brisk, reasonable meal within an hour and a half, making it a great recommendation for those who want a quick bite✨

They time the serving of dishes according to the guests, allowing you to enjoy freshly made sushi at your own pace, which is a delightful aspect🍣

I think they change the menu with the seasons, so it’s a place I want to visit again🥰

This place we happened upon after buying snack souvenirs 麻花捲 nearby, and it was a good experience. The sushi here is more affordable than other places we ate. They do not have anything to drink so you have to bring your own. Service was pretty quick and the owners were nice, even giving our toddler an extra melon slice. Don't get the "sushi donut" though. It's just a meme and mostly rice. Definitely recommend a visit.

結論:目前吃到很喜歡的無菜單壽司板前🫡 超讚!每道都美味且一直在刷新當日前三名~店內的山葵清甜不嗆,跟壽司搭配非常美味~ 一冠有三種價位,分別是2500/3800/5500,不同價位使用的食材不太一樣,此次第一次來選2500的,結果超級物超所值的驚喜! 一冠菜單會按照季節變化,此次貫穿整體的是日本真鯛,從頭到尾都有出現!2500 元的價位此次總共18品,吃到最後真的蠻飽的。魚的名稱放照片描述底下! 本次用餐最佳: 鮪魚中腹:超級無敵好吃,油花恰到好處,在口中融下去時還有淡淡的炙燒香氣! 其實每道每道都很有驚喜,變化也很多不會吃到膩,可以感受到菜單設計的用心, 吃壽司無菜單料理從來沒吃完的朋友也都吃完了,回去直接訂了下一次要挑戰 3800的,超期待! 啊推薦店內蜜桃酒很好喝,有果肉!不過是酒感很低的類型,很像在喝水蜜桃果汁~梅酒則是酒感重! 酒類都是一杯 300元
