🔹 Broth (Spicy Hot Pot + Chicken White Soup Combo)

• The aroma and spiciness of the spicy broth are quite evident; we feel the heat isn't too high. The beef tendons and beef tripe are flavorful and pair very well with the spicy hot pot. The tofu and duck blood also perform well; we added those several times.
• The chicken white soup has a rich flavor, making it suitable for those who don't dare to eat spicy food!

🔸 Plenty of beef options

• Champion Pureblood Australian Beef and Golden Award Fresh Cut Wagyu (both limited to three orders at a time). Angus Ribeye and Premium Wagyu Flank have a bouncy texture, making them quite enjoyable to chew.
  My favorite is the ribeye, it’s not too tough!
• We ordered two plates of smooth beef; it came out looking like a thick mass, not very appetizing. The texture is smooth, but we need to break it apart to cook it through, otherwise, it won’t be cooked inside; it has more chewiness, which I personally don’t prefer.

🔹 The seafood was quite good. We ordered blue diamond shrimp, angel red shrimp, clams, and cuttlefish, and they all tasted pretty fresh, though some clams had sand, which is a bit unfortunate.

🧸 The Japanese A5 Wagyu can be redeemed by members. The marbling is quite beautiful, but the promotion cannot be shared! The monthly birthday discount is 10% off for the birthday person on one order; later, when we inquired with the staff about the birthday activity, they mentioned that if the birthday person gets the 10% discount, we would have to pay the full price for the A5 Wagyu, so we didn’t use the birthday discount after all.

🧸 Business hours are from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. We made a reservation for 11:30 PM. After ordering, when we went to the self-service bar, we noticed that the slushie machine was preparing to be cleaned, and the remaining slushie was dumped into a nearby plastic container. At 11:58 PM, they notified us that at midnight, except for Haagen-Dazs, all items would be taken away (vegetable bar, drinks, sauces, side dishes), which left a bad impression on me.

🧸 The price of the redeemed Wagyu was initially shown in the total price, and presenting the coupon at checkout would offset part of it. However, the staff made mistakes with the billing twice... the training for the employees needs improvement.
