This meal: Vietnamese pork ribs rice

Vietnamese Pork Ribs Rice is one of their signature dishes. The pork ribs are marinated in a delicious way. Its unique seasoning makes every bite full of aroma. Coupled with the sour and sour dipping sauce of the ribs, the ribs will not taste so greasy. The side dishes include Vietnamese sweet and sour pickled radish, which is sour and quite appetizing, and the accompanying soup is also a sour clear soup. The last dessert, the jelly, didn’t have much to remember, I guess it’s just for the sweetness.
Overall, the food is on the sour side, but not too sour, which I personally think is pretty good.
The boss is also very nice. After checking out, he also gave me a pack of Vietnamese plums.
