I ate at this restaurant once a long time ago and it was a pretty good impression.
This time I ordered pork rice for $70, Sishen soup for $70, kelp for $20, and dried tofu for $20.
Pork rice $70
The meat is very large and the skin has a Q-like texture.
The fatty part is great, but the lean part is a little dry.
Fried tofu is salty
Although there is a lot of marinade, it is not too salty.
The overall price/performance ratio is still good
Sishen Soup$70
The pork belly and pig intestines are well processed and have no fishy smell.
The lotus seeds and barley are cooked very soft and spongy
The soup tastes very fresh and sweet, with a hint of wine aroma
It’s really comforting to have a bowl in the cold weather. As a signboard, it really takes some effort.
Kelp $20
Just ordinary and delicious braised kelp
Good value for money
Dried tofu $20
Sliced braised dried black beans, full of flavor and slightly salty
The quantity is quite large and the price/performance ratio is pretty good.
Overall, it’s an ordinary restaurant where I prefer to eat.
Good value for money, but business is very good during dining hours
There are often no seats
