🥢 A noodle shop that has had its unique satay flavor for over 50 years
Once again, this is a place you might walk by and decide to stop in for a meal.
Located on Gushan Road and not far from the light rail station,
there wasn’t too many or too few people there on a Saturday afternoon (a bit of useless information).
Unlike traditional noodle shops, this one has air conditioning, which is great!
It really saved us from the heat after biking in the sun☀️
The prices on the menu are very reasonable.
I ordered the signature satay sesame sauce noodles,
thinking it would be worth trying since I hadn't had it before,
and signature dishes are usually quite impressive, right?⁉️
When it arrived at the table, it did not disappoint.
Both the thin noodles and the overall seasoning
allowed me to taste the wonderful flavor created by the combination of satay and sesame sauce.
In comparison, my friend's order of regular dry noodles and wonton noodles
seemed quite ordinary.
I heard that this place also offers "black and white cut" (a type of dish),
but we completely ignored that option in the heat.
However, the dish of boiled sweet potato leaves was quite generous and worth praising🥬.
For a meal with three people, we had three noodle dishes, two soups, and one vegetable for just 280 NT dollars,
making it a very affordable meal option🪙.
Overall, it was nothing extraordinary but still quite nice.
If I come back to the area, I would be willing to visit again✨.
