Authentic Japanese-style rice balls; I don't know if the owner is Japanese, but the overall environment is clean and the service is friendly. You can conveniently make a reservation and pick it up.
The rice ball offerings are rich and varied in flavor, with the saltiness adjustable to your preference, and you can also pay extra to increase the filling portion. There are also Japanese desserts and snacks that taste like they do in Japan. They even provide an introduction to the history of Gohei rice cakes, dumplings, and rice balls, which is very thoughtful. If I weren't cutting down on carbs right now, I would definitely come here more often, haha!
