Tokyo Soy Sauce Pork Bone Oyakodon Ramen $130
The broth is quite good, but compared to the Ginza dry noodles, the ingredients are much less. The Ginza dry noodles have dried bamboo shoots, and there are two pieces of meat. It might be because of the broth, but I feel that ordering this dish is not very cost-effective.
Ginza Dry Noodles $130, an extra serving of noodles is an additional $20.
The dry noodles are delicious; they include dried bamboo shoots, which have a lot of flavor, and their meat comes in two pieces that are both specially prepared and very tasty, making me much more satisfied with this dish.
The restaurant provides iced water for self-service, and almost every table is accompanied by a pack of tissues.
There are quite a few seats in the restaurant, and the location is close to the Minquan West Road MRT station.
I ordered wild vegetable cold noodles + noodles. There was a lot of food. I like the hardness of the noodles very much. It is not too soft and chewy. It goes well with the sauce. The sauce should be vinegar-based, but it is not It will taste very spicy👍. If it feels too strong, you can mix it with iced boiled water to dilute the taste. You can also add seven-flavor powder yourself.
The dining environment is bright and clean, there are plenty of seats, and the meal delivery speed is okay.
Although the landmark is "Ginza Koji Japanese Ramen", I don't know why the signboard and the official line account both say "Taiwanese Food Hall"
Japanese fried rice$130
Japanese fried rice tastes like crispy rice and is slightly hard. It is different from ordinary Taiwanese fried rice. It is very special. It is also paired with seaweed powder, white sesame seeds and bonito flakes sprinkled on the top. I personally think it is quite delicious! Halfway through the meal, sprinkle some shichimi powder on top. It’s slightly spicy and very good~
(But if you eat it with the intention of eating Taiwanese fried rice, you may feel it is different from what you imagined)
The chicken barbecued pork on the fried rice is grilled and has a strong aroma. It has an amazing feeling when you eat it! But the barbecued pork is only a small piece, so I’m not too dissatisfied.
There are four pieces of bamboo shoots on top of the fried rice. They are cold, so I don’t think it will deduct points or add points. There is also half a soft-boiled egg, and the quality is pretty good~
The overall portion is a little small, and you still want to eat more after finishing it. If you are a big eater, you may find it not enough.
A small drawback is that the fried rice is a bit oily. In addition, the boss seems to have only one person in charge of the store. It is considered a semi-self-service (the boss will put it on the table for self-service after the meal is finished, and then put it on the table after the meal is finished, the boss will collect it). It's pretty fast, but you may have to wait a bit if there's rush hour.
After I finished eating, I took a piece of fried rice home for my family to eat. The boss was very considerate and said that he was afraid that the rice would be too dry when I took it home, so he fried the rice to make it a little wet.
(Special reminder, there is sauerkraut on top of the fried rice. If you don’t eat sauerkraut, you should ask the boss not to put it there. Your family won’t dare to eat sauerkraut until they collapse)
I want to try fried noodles and ramen again next time!
