I don’t usually go to A13 when I shop myself,
but this time a colleague recommended it because they had been here and thought it was quite good with excellent service.
I felt that since I had reserved a table in advance and chose an earlier time, I didn’t have to wait much.
However, it seems that the people coming after me encountered a full house, and if you didn’t have a reservation, you might have to wait.
The service was indeed very good, but it’s mostly the staff's part.
This place probably doesn't operate on the concept of counter service,
so the chefs at the counter are basically focused on their own work.

🌟 Seared Sushi & Sushi Types
I’ve always loved seared sushi.
The seafood ingredients are relatively fresh,
but the selection isn't particularly different from chain sushi restaurants.
Their positioning is probably similar to Kura Sushi and Sushi Express,
but the prices are slightly higher than theirs.

🌟 Chawanmushi, Fried Dishes & Meats
The chawanmushi is very tender.
The ingredients inside are quite ordinary,
but the overall texture is still pretty good.
The fried dishes, especially the fried tofu, are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside,
which I liked quite a bit.

Overall, the food was quite good,
ranking at a mid-high level,
but I wouldn’t specifically want to revisit Xinyi District just for this.
If passing by or if there's an available table, it’s worth considering.
