Dining environment and precautions:

There is a dining area in the store. The dining area is spacious and the tables and chairs are reasonably spaced, making it suitable for gatherings of many people. There is currently no reservation service, so you can only wait in line on site. You can also wait in the queue area before the store opens. After the store opens, get the number plate from the clerk and sit down to dine according to the dining time above the number plate.

Meal sharing:

The meal ($394 including service charge) is a half-chicken set meal, which is a combination of honey fried chicken and sauce-flavored fried chicken.

✨Honey Fried Chicken🍗
The honey sauce is brushed on the surface of the golden and crispy fried chicken, with a light aroma and sweetness; the outside is crispy but not greasy, and the inside is tender, juicy, and not greasy at all. One after another, it is fascinating. The meaning is still not finished.

✨Fried chicken with soy sauce🍗
The crispy outer skin of the fried chicken is tinged with the salty aroma of soy sauce and the aroma of garlic. When you bite into it, it has a crispy texture and is accompanied by the aroma of sauce. The aftertaste is slightly sweet, similar to the taste of honey.

✨Pickled radish
Usually eaten with fried chicken, it has a refreshing and anti-greasy effect.

吃過幾次,最終僅鍾情於蜂蜜熟成無骨腿肉。這回僅點 S 小份,足以解嘴饞。 咬下一口後,脆皮爽口,融入蜂蜜醬甜,再等著雞腿肉多汁,放在嘴裡盡情咀嚼,毋需顧慮雞骨。 升級套餐,橋村雞塊不錯,顯然含肉率滿高,扎實好吃。沾醬的番茄味亦足,接近美式餐廳常見的品質。 白葡萄烏龍冰茶,這項品質就很差了,顯然源自「白葡萄風味」的茶包品質,顯非白葡萄原汁,茶味亦澀。 橋村炸雞初開張時,宣傳鋪天蓋地而來,YouTuber 個個前來踩點,排隊不止。近十個月後,熱潮漸退,但用餐時段仍可能需要稍等一陣。 近期,竟推出一些韓式料理,廣納海鮮豆腐鍋、石鍋炒飯、辣炒年糕等,倒覺卻步,不敢踩雷。

炸雞皮不脆,跟在韓國吃到的皮感覺不太一樣,肉汁飽滿還不錯。辣炒年糕非常香,香氣辣度都足夠,是這次用餐最滿意的餐點。 魚糕湯給的料滿多的,除了魚板以外還有黑輪年糕等等關東煮料。高湯有柴魚味還算不錯。

每次經過這韓式炸雞店,都是大排長龍。星期一,下班路上經過發現剛好有空位,所幸就不外帶直接內用。 點了辣味雞肉捲跟89元套餐咖啡跟鯛魚燒生乳霜淇淋,內用醃蘿蔔可以免費續加。 只是內用需要加收服務費,之後可能就只點外帶了。 炸雞本體因為是點去骨的,跟在韓國吃的時候一樣有一個通病就是為了麵衣酥脆而造成雞肉容易太乾,部分油甩的不太夠會有一些些油膩感。 套餐中的鯛魚燒是熱的。 搭配生乳霜淇淋別有一番風味。 單純是為了配油炸物解膩° 可能當初開幕為了盡量增加內用座位,座位之間的走道偏窄,客滿的話可能不太好行走

The usual shihlin chain store that sells taiwanese street snacks, with the more famous ones being the xxl crispy fried chicken and mee sua. Shop is located in the atria mall and has a single staff. There are limited places to sit, which is to be expected as its usually meant to be eaten on the go. The chicken is fried fresh, with the option of spicy or normal awailable. Love the crispyness and the breadding on it. Chicken was well seasoned as well. Definitely a to go snack when craving some fried chicken on the go, or just for comfort food. The sweet potato fries were ok. The fries werent as crispy and the batter was abit loose. Still, it meets the criteria of having a decent pairing with the fried chicken for those comfort food days. Would come back here.

公司在附近,貳虎是近期大家的心頭好,這次週末特地帶家人來嚐鮮。首先這邊早上10:30就開了,可以一早吃到雞排很讚!店員親切,週末早上11點前來等不到10分鐘就好了,平常周間中午來人多就要等比較久 今天點了找碴雞套餐,內容包括太妃紅茶和燕麥炸雞,如果有要喝飲料,點套餐比較划算。太妃紅茶的香氣明顯,點無糖也不會澀,順口好喝。燕麥炸雞的炸衣非常酥脆,肉嫩且醃料味道很好。 另外加點的節瓜也如預期的多汁,同樣的燕麥麵衣也非常酥,是一套令人滿足的早午餐
