The only Din Tai Fung restaurant in Kaohsiung is always packed with people every time we pass by. Even if I pass by during meal time on weekdays and want to eat, I have to get a number tag, but I am willing🥺. The quality of the food and service are very stable, and the environment is clean. Let’s talk about my top three favorites first: #Golden Quicksand Buns, #Egg Fried Rice, #小龙包.

🍽️Spicy Cucumber$120
🍽️Dry stir-fried green beans$200
As for the side dishes, the #dry-stir-fried green beans is a must-order every time. It can be cooked to be crispy but not rotten. It goes really well with the salty and sweet minced meat. # Spicy Cucumber was ordered by a friend once. After eating it, I was shocked. I don’t know how to make a simple cucumber so mouth-watering. It is not very spicy but has a bit of spicy oil aroma.

🍽️Hot and sour soup (small) $120
I think the small #hot and sour soup can fill many bowls. The CP value is quite high. The ingredients of dried tofu, pig blood, and fungus are all chopped very finely. In short, it tastes good and the soup is flavorful~ You can also add more by yourself Chili oil or vinegar.

🍽️Shrimp meat in red oil
The shrimp meat is big and crispy, and the red oil is really the soul of this dish!

🍽️Pork and egg fried rice (white rice) $250
🍽️Pork ribs and egg fried rice (white rice) $310
Even though # Spare Ribs Egg Fried Rice is very popular, I’m okay with the pork ribs. However, the fried rice is really delicious. It is not too oily or salty, the grains are distinct and the aroma of eggs can be tasted. No wonder everyone loves it so much.

Vegetarian Xiao Long Bao 5 pieces $155
Din Tai Fung's signature dish, the skin is thin and juicy, be sure to use a spoon❤️The ratio of shredded ginger + vinegar and soy sauce is 3:1, perfect!

🍽️Golden quicksand buns 2 pieces $110
You must order this as the end of your meal to make it complete. What makes it different from others is that the quicksand has the aroma of salted egg yolk and there are many fillings. I love it very much.

🍽️Yuan Cup Chicken Soup $250
The soup is good, with plenty of meat, but I think it's a bit shabby.
🍽️Oiled tofu powder $170
Highly recommended, it’s also a meal with a high CP value. It’s a really big bowl, the vermicelli is very thin, and the fried tofu will burst with juice!

I swallowed my saliva again after calling this. In a few days, it will be a good time to queue up for Din Tai Fung.

用餐時間:2025/01/31 大年初三,來漢神巨蛋逛逛 當天大約2點10分先拿了號碼牌,然後去四處逛逛 等真的進場用餐時,已經6點了呀!! 今天點了 ⭐️寧式黃芽菜 今天想說來試試沒吃過的小菜 結果就是,有點普通沒什麼記憶點 下次可以再試試別種 ⭐️蟹粉小籠包/5PC 蟹粉小籠包上面有隻小螃蟹可以當記號 整體皮薄料多,配上薑絲及醬油 混在一起的湯汁超美味! ⭐️松露小籠包/2PC 一顆100元的小籠包,一人點一顆來試試 服務生會再額外送上一組湯匙使用 並提醒吃之前要先喝口水清口中的味道 不用沾任何醬汁,一咬下去滿滿松露味道漫出 真的很好吃! ⭐️排骨蛋炒飯 粒粒分明的蛋炒飯,配上好吃的排骨 加入紅油炒手的醬汁會變得更好吃! ⭐️紅油炒手(蝦肉) 每顆炒手內都有一隻蝦子,鮮味十足! 沾上紅油醬汁,這道菜也很棒! ⭐️酸辣湯 切成統一粗細的豆腐、木耳絲,配上蛋花 (裡面沒有紅蘿蔔我先+10分) 喝起來不會太過頭的酸及辣, 是碗很溫和喝起來很舒服的酸辣湯 ⭐️糖水芝麻湯圓 最後用芝麻湯圓來做結尾, 但認真來說沒有特別的記憶點 下次再試看看別種甜點吧! 總而言之, 高雄鼎泰豐,如果沒有開門第一時間進來 等2~3小時真的是常態 但久久還是會想來吃一下 推薦給大家!

鼎泰豐是目前日本旅人來台必吃的餐廳之一,而鼎泰豐有著自己的歷史…創立鼎泰豐的「楊秉彜」先生出生於1927年的中國山西省,在1948年來到台灣。他最初在恆泰豐油行工作,後來因老闆投資失誤而油行倒閉。夫婦倆決定創業,取名「鼎泰豐」以感念恆泰豐。他們的生意起步艱難,但在1972年面臨油品市場變革時,轉型賣小籠包帶來了巨大成功。「鼎泰豐」因小籠包而成為國際知名品牌… ✅小菜(冷菜):清脆的豆芽菜,搭配著軟滑香潤的冬粉,以及海帶和豆乾絲,使得口感上層次相當豐富且爽口。 ✅乾煸四季豆(冷菜):將蝦米和辣椒肉末拌炒並與四季豆一同品嚐,不僅能品嚐到四季豆的鮮甜,還有乾煸的香氣。這道菜口感爽脆,帶著鹹香滋味。 ✅擔擔麵:使用細麵,與特製的微辣麻醬汁拌勻品嚐,散發淡淡的蒜味及濃郁花生麻醬香氣,每一個麵條都能扒附醬汁,讓人越吃越涮嘴。 ✅絲瓜蝦仁小籠包:小籠包裏面含有角瓜、絲瓜與鮮蝦,且皮薄料多。咬一口,絲瓜與角瓜的湯汁就會爆發出來,脆口的絲瓜和角瓜搭配Q彈鮮蝦,非常好吃! ✅鮮魚蒸餃:內餡以塊狀鯛魚搭配大白菜、芹菜和荸薺製作而成。鯛魚肉質細緻,而芹菜的脆爽又能帶出魚肉的鮮甜,整體口感十分清爽且魚香十足。 ✅芝麻大包:芝麻香醇且濃郁,甜度也不會太高。雖然外皮偏厚,但整體吃完也不會有太大的負擔感。 ———————————————- *須要再收10%服務費

難得提早下班,趕緊來抽大排長龍的鼎泰豐!這次因為只有兩人,我才知道原來店家很貼心提供部分主食可以選擇小份量😍 今天點了絲瓜小籠包,小份180元,因為是絲瓜蝦仁組合單價較高,但是咬下去和吸到的湯汁是絲瓜的甜,一切都值了!突然後悔只點小份,胃口整個大開呀! 另外菜肉大包售完,只好點個同餡料的菜肉蒸餃,雖是蒸餃但一樣菜汁都鎖好鎖滿,口感較為紮實,好吃😋 最後是必點的菠菜腐竹,紹興酒和蒜頭的調味堪稱一絕,讓菠菜染上另一種鍋氣,搭配腐竹的口感,提升整道菜的層次和口感。 今天點鼎泰豐的每樣菜都有做出自己的風格,不論小籠包或者蒸餃的皮都非常高水準,難怪永遠是要排隊起跳40分鐘以上,但真的吃到的開心感會取代排隊的辛勞~

The place is a stall located inside the MeiSek Kopitiam. It operates in the evening as the morning and afternoon is for the other stalls. Drinks have to be ordered from the drinks stall via self-service. Parking is awailable but would be hard to find on busy days. I was expecting things to taste better as there were a number of patients dining in. The steam chicken and rice was just ordinary. The beansprouts lacked taste and were not crunchy. However, the redeeming qualities of the place was their wantan and pork balls. The wantan was full of flavourful stuffing and the chillie oil in the soup gave a nice kick to it. The pork balls were very good as well, with a firm springy texture. Price is pretty standard subang prices. Overall, i wont come here unless I am craving chicken rice and am unwilling to go to better places. While i am here, the porkballs and wantan is a must have.

Known for its wan tan mee, hence the name, decided to visit the shop. It's been a few years since i have been here and wanted to have it again. Parking is difficult to find on the road, with alot of people double parking. Might be better to park in the atria mall, though please note the parking fees isnt cheap. Had to wait a few minutes, as the lunch crowd was happening. Service was ok. To order, just write your order code on a piece of paper and pass to the staff. Food came relatively quickly but unfortunately the quality was lacking. The portion was big but the quantity of char siew was small. The char siew had the premium look but was tough and no crispy caramel parts. The caramel parts were abit sweet and sticky instead. The noodles was decent and the sauce paired well with it. However, in the past there were pork lards placed along the noodles. The wantans, though packed with filling; just tasted normal. They only had 3 pieces only. The white coffee was terrible. It was very diluted with no flavour at all. The payment option of cash was very dissapointing, especially since almost every other place has atleast a qr paying option. I can imagine this point alone will put off alot of customers. Overall, i wont really come back unless i really really want to eat wan tan mee. Its just slighly above mediocre wan tan mee but definitely not living up to its name.

This is a chain restaurant that's present in a lot of malls, and generally popular. We were quite late for our lunch (2pm) but was happy to see that this place was still open. The food was very satisfying. The dishes came out all fairly quickly except for the meatball dish. At that point we were pretty much already ready to go at that point, so the only negative side to our experience. That meatball dish was also very good though. I found all of the flavors very familiar and comforting for Chinese food. The omelette with pickled radish especially was nice, the inside was soft and the radish had just the right amount of salt. Service was nice and attentive, though expected since we were the only ones present besides one other party.
