It’s rare to get off work early, so hurry up and grab the long queue at Din Tai Fung! Because there were only two of us this time, I found out that the store is very considerate in providing small portions of some staple food😍

Today I ordered loofah xiaolongbao, a small portion costs 180 yuan. Because it is a combination of loofah and shrimp, the unit price is higher, but the soup you bite into and inhale is the sweetness of the loofah, which makes everything worth it! Suddenly I regretted only ordering a small portion, my appetite was completely whetted!

In addition, the vegetable and meat dumplings were sold out, so I had to order steamed vegetable and meat dumplings with the same fillings. Although they are steamed dumplings, the vegetable juice is locked in and filled up, and the texture is more solid and delicious😋

Finally, the spinach and beancurd sticks are a must-try. The seasoning of Shaoxing wine and garlic is excellent, giving the spinach a different kind of pot flavor, and paired with the taste of the beancurd sticks, it enhances the level and texture of the entire dish.

Every dish I ordered at Din Tai Fung today was made in its own style. Whether it was the xiaolongbao or the steamed dumplings, the wrappers were of a very high standard. No wonder you always have to queue for more than 40 minutes, but the joy of actually eating will replace the queue. of hard work~

用餐時間:2025/01/31 大年初三,來漢神巨蛋逛逛 當天大約2點10分先拿了號碼牌,然後去四處逛逛 等真的進場用餐時,已經6點了呀!! 今天點了 ⭐️寧式黃芽菜 今天想說來試試沒吃過的小菜 結果就是,有點普通沒什麼記憶點 下次可以再試試別種 ⭐️蟹粉小籠包/5PC 蟹粉小籠包上面有隻小螃蟹可以當記號 整體皮薄料多,配上薑絲及醬油 混在一起的湯汁超美味! ⭐️松露小籠包/2PC 一顆100元的小籠包,一人點一顆來試試 服務生會再額外送上一組湯匙使用 並提醒吃之前要先喝口水清口中的味道 不用沾任何醬汁,一咬下去滿滿松露味道漫出 真的很好吃! ⭐️排骨蛋炒飯 粒粒分明的蛋炒飯,配上好吃的排骨 加入紅油炒手的醬汁會變得更好吃! ⭐️紅油炒手(蝦肉) 每顆炒手內都有一隻蝦子,鮮味十足! 沾上紅油醬汁,這道菜也很棒! ⭐️酸辣湯 切成統一粗細的豆腐、木耳絲,配上蛋花 (裡面沒有紅蘿蔔我先+10分) 喝起來不會太過頭的酸及辣, 是碗很溫和喝起來很舒服的酸辣湯 ⭐️糖水芝麻湯圓 最後用芝麻湯圓來做結尾, 但認真來說沒有特別的記憶點 下次再試看看別種甜點吧! 總而言之, 高雄鼎泰豐,如果沒有開門第一時間進來 等2~3小時真的是常態 但久久還是會想來吃一下 推薦給大家!

高雄唯一一間鼎泰豐,每次經過都是人潮滿滿。連平日用餐時間路過想吃都要拿號碼牌,但是我願意🥺。餐點的品質和服務都很穩定,環境也是乾乾淨淨的。先說我最愛的前三名:#黃金流沙包、#蛋炒飯、#小籠包。 🍽️辣味黃瓜$120 🍽️乾煸四季豆$200 小菜的部分原本 #乾煸四季豆 就是每次必點,可以料理得脆脆的又不會爛,搭配鹹中帶甜的肉末真的很讚。#辣味黃瓜 則是有一次朋友點的,吃完驚為天人,不知道怎麼把簡單的黃瓜做得如此涮嘴,不會很辣卻又帶點辣油香氣。 🍽️酸辣湯(小)$120 我覺得小的 #酸辣湯就可以盛好多碗了,CP值蠻高的,豆干、豬血、木耳的配料都切的很細,總之口感很好,湯也夠味~也可以自己再加辣油或醋。 🍽️蝦肉紅油抄手 蝦肉很大塊也很脆,紅油真的是這道菜的靈魂! 🍽️肉絲蛋炒飯(白米)$250 🍽️排骨蛋炒飯(白米)$310 雖然 #排骨蛋炒飯 很受歡迎,但我對排骨還好。不過炒飯是真的很好吃,不會太油太鹹、粒粒分明又能吃到蛋的香氣,難怪大家都超愛。 🍽️小籠包5顆$140 蔬食小籠包5顆$155 鼎泰豐的招牌,皮薄多汁,一定要用湯匙接著❤️然後薑絲+醋和醬油比例3:1,完美! 🍽️黃金流沙包2顆$110 吃完飯一定要點這個當結尾才算完整,他跟別人家不一樣的地方是流沙帶有鹹蛋黃的香氣,而且餡料很多,我超愛。 之前點的: 🍽️元盅雞湯 $250 湯頭不錯,肉的份量滿多的,但我覺得有點柴。 🍽️油豆腐細粉 $170 推推,也是高cp值的餐點,真的很大一碗,粉絲很細、油豆腐會噴汁! 打到這裡我又吞了吞口水,過幾天又適合去排隊吃鼎泰豐了。

鼎泰豐是目前日本旅人來台必吃的餐廳之一,而鼎泰豐有著自己的歷史…創立鼎泰豐的「楊秉彜」先生出生於1927年的中國山西省,在1948年來到台灣。他最初在恆泰豐油行工作,後來因老闆投資失誤而油行倒閉。夫婦倆決定創業,取名「鼎泰豐」以感念恆泰豐。他們的生意起步艱難,但在1972年面臨油品市場變革時,轉型賣小籠包帶來了巨大成功。「鼎泰豐」因小籠包而成為國際知名品牌… ✅小菜(冷菜):清脆的豆芽菜,搭配著軟滑香潤的冬粉,以及海帶和豆乾絲,使得口感上層次相當豐富且爽口。 ✅乾煸四季豆(冷菜):將蝦米和辣椒肉末拌炒並與四季豆一同品嚐,不僅能品嚐到四季豆的鮮甜,還有乾煸的香氣。這道菜口感爽脆,帶著鹹香滋味。 ✅擔擔麵:使用細麵,與特製的微辣麻醬汁拌勻品嚐,散發淡淡的蒜味及濃郁花生麻醬香氣,每一個麵條都能扒附醬汁,讓人越吃越涮嘴。 ✅絲瓜蝦仁小籠包:小籠包裏面含有角瓜、絲瓜與鮮蝦,且皮薄料多。咬一口,絲瓜與角瓜的湯汁就會爆發出來,脆口的絲瓜和角瓜搭配Q彈鮮蝦,非常好吃! ✅鮮魚蒸餃:內餡以塊狀鯛魚搭配大白菜、芹菜和荸薺製作而成。鯛魚肉質細緻,而芹菜的脆爽又能帶出魚肉的鮮甜,整體口感十分清爽且魚香十足。 ✅芝麻大包:芝麻香醇且濃郁,甜度也不會太高。雖然外皮偏厚,但整體吃完也不會有太大的負擔感。 ———————————————- *須要再收10%服務費
