Consumption methods can basically be divided into three types:
Just order the buffet
The store specializes in self-service Mediterranean salads, which look very healthy and taste very refreshing. The self-service bar also comes with soups, drinks, etc. Many people will choose to enjoy these foods without ordering anything else.
Order from the buffet and add a main meal (-100 yuan)
In addition to the above-mentioned self-service bar, if you want to enjoy pasta/noodles/risotto, you can add some and get a NT$100 discount
A la carte main meal
You can’t enjoy the buffet, but order pasta or rice à la carte.
This time we all chose the second consumption method. In addition to using the toasted bread, fresh juice, jasmine green tea, tomato vegetable soup, pumpkin soup and tea jelly from the self-service bar, we also ate delicious Mediterranean salads. Mediterranean cuisine mainly seasoned with olive oil is very easy to eat!
For the main meal, I ordered three dishes, namely:
Stir-fried Noodles with Chili Anchovies
Choose spicy, which seems to be a little spicier; the taste is average, but
Pumpkin sauce seafood straight round noodles
Contains mussels, clams, and shrimps. The pumpkin sauce makes the taste of the seafood less prominent, but overall it is very harmonious.
Straight round noodles with farm fresh vegetables and wild mushrooms in pumpkin sauce
The combination of pumpkin sauce and vegetable food is a bit monotonous due to its relatively single taste.
Overall, I recommend everyone to enjoy the Mediterranean salad and buffet bar rather than the main meal; there may be a lot of delicious pasta out there, but rich and affordable Mediterranean food is not so easy to find in Taipei.
