Want to eat conveyor belt sushi? In addition to sushiro, hidden sushi, and はま sushi, you have another choice: Ichidori Shinkansen sushi
Ichidori Shinkansen Sushi is located near Nakayama Station. There are not many seats in the store, about 50-60 seats. However, when I came to dine around 7 o'clock on a Sunday night, I didn't have to wait to enter directly. I'm tired of eating sushi every time. For me, who has to make reservations in advance or wait in line for a long time on site, this is really great news!
(However, when we came out after the meal at 7:50, we found that there were 9 groups waiting for tables, for reference)
The meat quality, freshness and taste of sashimi are actually similar to those of Sushiro. Almost every plate has a score of 70 or above, but the meal options seem to be more diverse. The two of us usually choose Sushiro when we go there. Salmon series, I’m not too interested in other items, but this time I found many other items I wanted to eat at Ichitori
The items I ate today that I highly recommend include:
Grilled yuzu pepper golden pomfret, grilled mentaiko salmon, Shufei frost pig, thick-cut large scallops, raw salmon belly, flounder side, fried tofu
The most satisfying ones are:
Grilled yuzu pepper golden pomfret (The grilled flavor and the aroma of yuzu pepper come out together at the first mouth. The yuzu pepper and golden pomfret go well together)
Pan-fried tofu (using egg tofu, the skin is fried very crispy, and it is topped with bonito flakes and drizzled with soy sauce. It is very satisfying to eat in one bite)
The two of us ate a total of 17 plates today, totaling 900 yuan. The average price per plate is about 50-55 yuan. It is not particularly expensive. It is about the same price as Sushiro, Kuro Sushi, and Hoshi Sushi. The overall quality is pretty good. Recommended For those who want to try other conveyor belt sushi brands, give it a try~
