I passed by a shop selling seabass soup.

I ordered seabass soup for $180, fish roe and bonito rice for $50, and spicy and sour fish skin for $60.

Although the price is a bit expensive, the fish is really large.
Seabass has relatively little fat and can easily taste dry if not handled well.
But their seabass is still tender and will not dry out.
You can also taste the delicate texture of the seabass meat
What’s more interesting is that his soup is cooked with fried scallions, chopped green onions and kelp.
I didn’t use shredded ginger to remove the fishy smell, but there was no fishy smell at all when I drank it.
