The Opium Rice Ball near Guting MRT Station has been passed by many times and I often see it full. The weather has been hot recently, so I decided to come and have a bite. As for why the name of the store is so strange, there is a sign in the store explaining it~

⭐️Lemon Aiyu Pink Rice Balls $65
The sweet and sour lemon, the smooth taste of aiyu, and the amber pink balls,
This restaurant offers a lot of rice balls, each one is crystal clear and tastes very good~
Aiyu itself is not too sweet, but it should be due to the sweetness of the powder balls themselves. The whole bowl tastes a little sweeter. If you can add small crushed ice... it can reduce the sweetness, which for me will be a little more sweet. Like 😉

⭐️Opium bean curd $60
This bowl was ordered by a friend and I took two bites.
The smooth and tender tofu pudding is paired with moist peanuts and a large amount of rice balls.
The tofu pudding has the aroma of beans, and the peanuts also have the aroma of peanuts. The taste does not seem to be particularly outstanding. My chewing friends commented on this bowl... I think it is... average.

‼ ️Conclusion:
The taste of the powder balls is not bad, but the sweetness is a bit high. Friends who usually eat sugar-free pie may find it cloying. For me...the overall taste does not seem to be too amazing. If you are nearby and want to eat it, As for desserts, well... I would be willing to go a little further to eat at another one🤪🤪
