I went to a yakiniku restaurant that I had been curious about for a while in Tenma 🐮
The place is called Yakiniku Ushisuki, and it's within walking distance from Tenma Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line and from Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome on Hankyu and Osaka Metro 🚃
It is located on the 3rd floor of a building and might be hard to spot if you don’t look carefully ✨
This restaurant only has a counter, and the interior is nice with a beautiful view from the large windows ✨ I went during the day, but I thought the night view would definitely be beautiful ✨
On the table, there were a grill, sauces, and salt and pepper prepared for us ✨
I ordered the special course for ¥5,000 (incl. tax ¥5,500)

Aburi Yukhoe 🐮
The lightly seared yukhoe came topped with an egg yolk, which I broke and mixed in with the meat 🥚 It had a slight warmth to it, and the meat was rich and delicious, enhanced by the flavor of the egg yolk and sesame oil 🐮
Premium Salted Beef Tongue 🐮
Served with green onions and lemon 🍋 It was a rich, juicy tongue that had a satisfying bite 🐮 Wrapping it with green onions and eating it with lemon made it refreshing and delicious 🍋 It was also good with salt and pepper 🐮
Superior Kalbi 🐮
This kalbi was thick and rich 🐮 It was seasoned with salt and pepper and was delicious on its own 🐮 It was also good with sauce 🐮
Superior Chateaubriand 🐮
A large piece of rosu that was seasoned with salt and pepper 🧂 It was tender and juicy 🐮 It was delicious on its own, with salt and pepper, or dipped in sauce 🐮
Selected Wagyu Japchae 🇰🇷
This japchae was filled with large pieces of meat 🐮 It had a great texture, rich flavor, and the meat was tender and delicious 🐮
Superior Harami 🐮
I had it with sauce ✨ It was tender and easy to eat 🐮 It was delicious on its own or with sauce 🐮

This was the salted teppan 🐮 It was plump, crunchy, and rich, and it was really delicious on its own ✨

It was chewy, rich, and delicious 🐮

With a firm texture and a satisfying bite, it was delicious 🐮 I had it with wasabi 🔥 and fried garlic 🧄 and it was really delicious ✨
Marushin 🐮
Even though it was lean, it had some marbling and was soft and delicious 🐮 The wasabi 💏 and fried garlic 🧄 enhanced the flavor with salt and pepper, making it really delicious ✨
I could choose my finale, and I had both:
Zabuton 🐮
The staff grilled the meat for me 🔥 They grilled it rare and placed it on rice 🍚 with an egg yolk on top 🥚 I broke the yolk and mixed it in 🥚 The meat had great flavor and was delicious on its own, and combining it with the yolk made it even better 🐮🥚 It paired perfectly with the rice, and it was so delicious 🥰
Cold Noodles 🍜
The noodles were paired with sudachi and green onions and were simple 🍜
They also gave us vinegar for flavor adjustment ✨ The noodles had a chewy texture and were very satisfying 🍜 The broth was light and delicious ✨ Adding vinegar made it even more refreshing and tasty ✨
Both options for the finale were delicious, generous in portion, and left me very satisfied 🥰
They also have a rich course menu, including a reasonable omakase course starting at ¥3,300 ✨
All-you-can-drink for the course is ¥1,100, and individual all-you-can-drink is ¥1,650, which is really a great deal‼️
The à la carte menu is also quite affordable, and you can enjoy various items 😍
