Chunmei Ice Room is a small artistic ice shop located in an alley. The interior decoration is very simple and beautiful, quite in line with the preferences of today's young people. On weekday evenings, there is a need to queue; you scan a QR code to register. I didn't pay attention to how long we waited, but I chatted with friends for a while before it was our turn.

This time, my friends and I ordered:

• Mango Milk Shaved Ice ($220)
  When it arrived, it looked like a lot of ingredients and quite extravagant. The mango was fresh and delicious, and it was a pretty large portion, which my friends shared.

• Health Soy Milk Tofu Pudding (two toppings, $70)
  I chose the lightly sweetened soy milk base; it wasn't too sweet, just right. The toppings were peanuts🥜 and red and white glutinous rice balls. The peanuts were cooked soft but still retained a bit of crunch, and the glutinous rice balls were round, plump, and chewy, which were quite tasty.

• Almond Three Treasures Soup (three toppings, $85)
  This was also lightly sweetened almond soup. I chose the toppings of peanuts🥜, red and white glutinous rice balls, and tapioca pearls. Since my friend and I chose similar toppings, it tasted quite similar to the Soy Milk Tofu, only differing in the soup base with added almond fragrance, which was also nice.

Overall, the desserts were good, but the prices were on the higher side. I felt that compared to other dessert shops, there was nothing particularly special about it, so the cost-performance ratio was lower. Having to wait in line for a while left me a bit confused about what we were waiting for 😅. The same items can be found at other ice cream shops for a more reasonable price; perhaps the only difference is that this one has a prettier environment. Those who haven’t tried it may want to give it a shot, but if you have to wait in line, it might not be worth it.
