I haven't tried other branches, but my friend said this is a very famous place. I ordered two dishes, but I only tried the signature one. The noodles were cooked a bit soft, but they had a good thickness and blended well with the broth. The rib was tender and flavorful, but the meat felt a bit tough for me, which was a pity. I quite liked the soup base.
Overall, it's something I could eat but wouldn't go out of my way to have again.
P.S. I’ve never really understood the appeal of crispy ribs; I just feel like fried food gets soft in soup, and the meat I had before was never particularly good. After eating here… I still don’t have a special liking for it. (The ones not in soup are the same.)
