Recently, I have been fond of Omi beef, so I went to Shiga to enjoy some delicious Omi beef yakiniku 🐮.
I visited a restaurant called Sudaku Omi Yakiniku Hormone, which is right in front of JR Moriyama Station 🚃.
There was a large charcoal grill on the table 🔥.

The mildly sweet broth and smooth noodles were incredibly delicious.

It was delicious with plenty of lettuce, Korean seaweed, and a refreshing dressing.

Juicy and delicious 🐷.
Pork Harami 🐷:
It was thick but tender and tasty 🐷.

It was satisfying and delicious 🐷.
Seseri 🐔:
Had a nice crunch and was delicious 🐔.
Kimchi 🔥:
Made with napa cabbage and radish 🔥.
It looked spicy, but it was also sweet and delicious 🥒🔥.
Grilled Vegetables 🥬:
Eggplant 🍆,
Shiitake mushrooms 🍄🟫,
Bell peppers 🫑.
All were cut large, filling, and delicious 🔥.
Large Platter of Drinkable Wagyu Kalbi 🐮:
Thin slices of Kalbi were coated in sauce 🐮.
I grilled them quickly before eating 🔥.
They were incredibly tender and melted in my mouth; I completely understood why they’re called drinkable‼️
Yakiniku Sudaku Moriyama Store Exclusive:
Grilled Wagyu Harami 🐮:
It had a nice thickness, was tender, rich in fatty sweetness, juicy, and extremely delicious 🐮.
I highly recommend this dish‼️

Served sizzling on a hot iron plate, placed on a grill with broth poured over it before eating 🐮.
I got to enjoy meat that could be eaten raw at my preferred cooking level 🔥.
Even rare, it was juicy and delicious.
When grilled, the charred edges were fragrant and lovely; both ways of eating were excellent 🔥.
The broth and meat had great flavors, and it was delightful 🥰.
It was clear that this was crafted with care by a serious butcher and it showed in the deliciousness 🥰.
Suppin Bijin Cold Noodle 🍜:
With a mildly sweet broth, the smooth noodles were incredibly delicious ✨.
Adding vinegar made it even more refreshing and yummy ✨.
Chestnut Ice Cream 🍨:
The chestnut flavor was rich and delicious 🌰.
I was very satisfied with this course!
It was worth the trip to Shiga 🥰✨.
