The dining place is simple but not dirty
There will be two types at the door: external use (white orders) and internal use (red orders).

🥢 Braised cabbage

There are two to three types of blanched vegetables to choose from.
This time I chose braised cabbage
You can taste the aroma of shrimps
Soft and tender taste
The only drawback is that it's a little salty

No unpleasant sheep smell
Lamb slices soft and tender
The bean paste and soy sauce paste on the side are so delicious.

牙套人評論:沒有提供廁所。 這家位於新店的小吃店僅於晚餐時段營業,主打魯肉飯和帶皮羊肉湯,平日晚餐時常擠滿人潮。到店後需先填單結帳,拿號碼牌等候叫號取餐,動線設計順暢。魯肉飯的滷汁帶有南部風味,微甜鹹香,滷汁混合中藥香氣。滷得透徹的肥嫩豬肉搭配粒粒分明的白飯,油亮滷汁滲入米飯中,每口都帶著滑順與濃郁的口感,若再加上滷蛋更為美味。帶皮羊肉湯則是來店必點之一。湯頭濃郁,加少量薑絲去腥,帶皮羊肉大塊、肉質軟嫩且鮮甜,入口即化。尤其適合冬天享用,喝下一碗從內而外暖起來。推薦沾些辣椒醬,滋味更有層次。店開在騎樓下,路邊車位有限,建議騎車前往。愛吃帶皮羊肉的朋友需早點來,晚來可能就吃不到了。個人是一定會再回訪的😋

一句話先說結論:這是一家被羊肉湯耽誤的肉燥飯店! 座落在新店民宅的一樓與騎樓上,從大學時期一次經過吃過後變意外的愛上了他們 覺得他們的肉燥飯在雙北應該是前三名! 帶皮羊肉湯:肉十分有嚼勁,朋友覺得它的羊騷味比其他品項的羊肉稍微重一點,湯口味本身不算清淡,但也不會到太重~ 肉燥飯是我每次來的主要目的。簡單來說它真的是我在雙北吃到的第一名! 肉燥本身帶著油脂但不會過度油膩,咬起來也十分有彈性。醬汁本身味道厚實,感覺得到應該不是簡單的滷幾個小時而已。飯粒的口感也拿捏的十分恰到好處,唯一可惜的是這次的肉燥飯湯汁稍微不足吃起來偏乾 唯一可惜的是他的用餐環境跟叫號邏輯。用餐環境就在騎樓,非常的擁擠而且有點危險,衛生上也有待加強(不過這應該是硬傷改不了)。而不太清楚店家的叫號邏輯,號碼牌也沒辦法判斷自己的先後順序,這點有點可惜,但總之他還是我偶爾想起會願意騎車半小時來吃的一家店
