Buffet breakfast at "LA FARFALLA Italian Restaurant" on the 6th floor of Hotel Ellie

LA FARFALLA Italian Restaurant has a total of four meal periods, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. This time I came to have breakfast with Hilton membership, and I had breakfast for two days in total.

In addition to breakfast being a full buffet, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner are mainly a la carte, and there is a semi-self-service salad bar for you to enjoy.

Ellie Hotel is located above the Breeze Songgao department store. You need to take the elevator from the entrance of Songgao Road to the 6th floor.

When checking in for breakfast, report your hotel room number to the counter. The service staff will show you your seat. The observation is mainly from the window seat. When the weather is good, the lighting is very good and comfortable. The service staff will also ask if you want coffee or tea (there are also The machine can be installed by yourself)

The meals that I particularly remember are the ones I ordered on both days. The rest will be introduced with photos.

🍣 Smoked salmon:
Super delicious! My favorite item is the smoked salmon, which is rich in oil and not too salty. The service staff keeps bringing out new smoked salmon to refill it.

🥓 Bacon:
There are crispy and soft ones, I really like the crispy bacon! Moreover, the whole stick is crispy and has no soft texture at all. Although after eating it, it feels a bit like dog snacks🤪

🥚 Freshly made egg dishes:
There are seven types of eggs to choose from
Scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs, double-fried soft-boiled eggs, double-fried hard-boiled eggs, omelets, eggs Benedict, poached eggs
This time I tried almost all of them with my friends, and they were all pretty good. You can season them yourself, add ketchup, soy sauce, and choose the rose salt or pepper on the seat.
